Booking
How do I book a chauffeur service with REI Rental?
You can book online via our booking form on the website, contact us by WhatsApp at +65 8612 2122, or email us. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability, especially for airport transfers.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. For corporate events, wedding transportation, or large group bookings, 1–2 weeks' notice is preferred. We do accept last-minute bookings subject to availability — contact us via WhatsApp for urgent requests.
Can I book a round trip?
Yes, we offer round-trip bookings. Simply specify both your pickup and drop-off details, along with your return trip information, when making your booking. Round-trip bookings may qualify for a combined discount.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
No need to worry. We track all incoming flights in real-time. If your flight is delayed, your chauffeur's pickup time is automatically adjusted at no extra charge. Simply provide your flight number when booking and we'll handle the rest.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), bank transfers, and cash payments. Corporate clients can arrange monthly invoicing. Payment can be made online when booking or settled with the driver.
Are the prices inclusive of GST and surcharges?
Our quoted prices are all-inclusive of GST. Airport surcharges and ERP (Electronic Road Pricing) charges are included in fixed-price transfers. For hourly disposal bookings, midnight surcharges (11pm–7am) may apply and will be disclosed at booking.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are fully refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% fee. No-shows are charged the full booking amount. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Service
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, child seats are available on request at no extra charge. Please specify the child's age and weight when booking so we can provide the appropriate seat (infant, toddler, or booster). We recommend requesting in advance to guarantee availability.
Do your vehicles have Wi-Fi?
Selected vehicles in our fleet are equipped with in-car Wi-Fi. Please request this when booking if it is important to your journey. Complimentary bottled water is provided in all vehicles.
Are your chauffeurs English-speaking?
Yes, all our chauffeurs are professional, English-speaking drivers with extensive knowledge of Singapore's roads and attractions. Many also speak Mandarin and other languages. We are happy to match you with a Mandarin-speaking driver upon request.
Can I make stops during my transfer?
For point-to-point transfers, brief stops (e.g., picking up a colleague on the way) can often be accommodated — please mention this at booking. For multiple stops or extended waiting time, we recommend an hourly disposal booking, which gives you a dedicated driver for a set number of hours.

Which areas of Singapore do you serve?
We serve all areas of Singapore, including Changi Airport, Sentosa, Jurong, Woodlands, and everywhere in between. We also offer transfers to Johor Bahru (Malaysia) — please enquire for cross-border pricing.
What vehicles are available in your fleet?
Our fleet includes Mercedes-Benz S-Class, E-Class, EQS, and V-Class; Toyota Alphard and Vellfire; Toyota HiAce (13-seater); and coaches for 23 and 45 passengers. All vehicles are regularly maintained and kept to the highest standards.
Do you offer corporate accounts?
Yes. Corporate accounts include consolidated monthly invoicing, preferential rates for regular bookings, a dedicated account manager, and detailed trip reports for accounting and compliance. Contact us at +65 8612 2122 to set up your account.
