Event transport
ITB Asia, MICE Show Asia and Travel Tech Asia
Three co-located trade shows fill Marina Bay Sands for three days, drawing the Asia-Pacific travel trade in numbers that hotels feel across the whole bay. Most delegates are running a schedule of appointments rather than sitting in one hall, which turns transport into a logistics problem rather than a single airport run.

- Four to six weeks ahead. The show lands in the same month as the Grand Prix, so October fleet availability is tight across the city well before the event itself.
What transport is actually like
The convention centre porte-cochère is separate from the hotel lobby and from the Shoppes entrance, and during show days the difference matters — arriving at the wrong one costs ten minutes and a long indoor walk. Taxi and ride-hailing queues at Bayfront build sharply at session breaks and again from six in the evening as delegates leave for dinners across the CBD and Orchard.
How to plan it
For a delegate working the full three days, hourly disposal over the show hours is usually less expensive than four or five separate point-to-point trips, and removes the queue entirely. For companies bringing a team, a single booking with several pickups is easier to reconcile at expense time than a scatter of individual receipts. Tell us the convention centre entrance rather than the Marina Bay Sands address and your driver will hold at the right door.

Common questions
- Can one booking cover several colleagues arriving on different flights?
- Yes. Each arrival is scheduled against its own flight number so delays are handled independently, while the billing consolidates under one corporate account. Send the flight list and we will map the vehicles to it.
